There are many possibilities, but not all work well. I once tried blending a broccoli, yuck! Plausible ingredients are non-sweet fruit (tomatoes, cucumber, capsicum), celery sticks, tender greens, avocados, tahini, nuts.

Red soup:
Process (in a food processor first, then in a blender, if you prefer a smooth texture)
  • 1 beetroot
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 red pepper
  • 4 tomatoes
  • a handful of macademias/walnuts
  • 1 t cumin
  • 2 cloves of garlic
Add warm/hot water to obtain a thick soup consistency, blend. Serve in bowls, sprinkle
  • chopped parsley
on top. Serves 2.

Tomato soup:
Blend (in a blender)
  • 6 tomatoes,
  • 2 celery sticks, and
  • 1 avocado.
Serves two.
