A raw-food diet is well balanced, when it is plentiful, so that it satisfies all the current needs of my body, and evolving, so that it will satisfy the needs of my body in the future.

The highlight of this month has got to be me making RawGuru's lasagne. I did not follow the recipe exactly (do I ever?), because I did not have all the nuts (I only had cashews). I used less olive oil and for tomato sauce I blended some semi-sundried tomatoes and tomatoes. I have tones and tones of recipes, which I copied from different websites and discussion boards (I think that I should stop doing this, there is too many of them!), but I do not have too much time to try them all. However, when I saw the photo of that lasagne, I just had to do it! It was absolutely delicious!!! And, it was not hard to make it either (I think that I used to have more hassle with the cooked lasagne in the past). Luke said that it was the best thing I ever made. It does tell a bit about my chef qualities, doesn't it? Oh well, there can only be one raw guru. Can I say again that it was absolutely delicious? Hmmm ... I made one again this morning, ready for tomight's dinner, and when I think of it, I salivate ... OK, enough of that! (I am well aware of it's fat content, in case you were wondering).
