Happy Birthday Luke!

We have finally moved to our new home. I feel so lucky. There is still a lot of work to do, and Luke's carpenter skills prove very valuable here. I too did work, of course. Lots of painting, for example. We got rid of the stove! It is now packed away, and I wonder whether we might sell it one day, as it was in a perfect condition. So, no more beans. I still have a rice cooker, but kids are not so keen on rice, so this pattern might eventually die out. They still eat a mixture of raw and cooked in the evening. Rice paper filled with raw tomatoes and cucumbers, for example.

We all had a quite a slip, while moving houses. It really is just an excuse, because one does not need to eat chips to survive. I feel like starting all over again. Which is OK by me, I just keep doing it, I have not lost the interest. I still love my fruit. Our kitchen is full of these.

I read Nora's story again. It is so inspiring. It's great to have someone like her to look up to. She is wonderful. Many days I feel like eating fruit only, and have no interest in greens at all. I'm glad I read Nora's experiences, and feel no longer bad about that emerging pattern of mine. Also, kids are not into greens at all. We do grow a big patch of greens in our garden though.

Would you like to do a fortnight with fruit with me? I am going to start it on the 1st of March. I am eating fruit today too, but this time I will post the details of what I eat, and it will be fruit only. I was going to have a go at eating fruit only anyway, as I seem to have lost interest in other foods. So, if you would like to do it with me, you are welcome to join me. Sorry for not having any email address for my website, I do it to minimize spam. But, if you would like to talk to me, I visit Nora's chat (
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/Rawschool/) on daily basis, and so you can talk to me there. By the way, if you are reading this journal after March 2006, you can still do the fortnight with fruit, of course! :)
