My recent eating pattern has been 2-3 meals a day, that is 3 mono meals of fruit or 2 mono meals of fruit and a salad. For example, the day before yesterday I had 3 meals of nectarines, this was preceded by 2 days of
2 mono meals of fruit and a salad, before that 3 mono meals of fruit for a few days. Yesterday I visited a friend. I made the banana-berry icecream-custard layered dessert and we each had 2 large glasses of it. Then in the evening I had a few glasses of coconut smoothie. So I had 2 meals yesterday. Today I had a mono meal of cherries around 12:30pm, later a couple of apricots, then a handful of dates before 4pm, and finally a salad at 6:30pm. I am on leave now, so I am not going swimming but doing lots of gardening instead, as I have quite a few things to do. I will be back to swimming later this month. Also, I am getting up a little later than usual and going to bed later too. By the way, I am finding that it is best not to eat too late during day, perhaps about 5 hours before going to bed, so that I can have the best quality sleep.

Yesterday, my first harvest from the greenhouse, a bowlful of tomatoes, 5 varietes, to go with our evening salad. So delicious, freshly picked, amazing taste, yum! I noticed little watermelons forming on the plants in the greenouse. The corn seens that I planted in the ground in the backyard are sprouting too. It is such a joy to watch the plants grow, the garden looking lively. Julia had a visitor the other day and they amused themselves jumping on the trampoline, splashing with water from the hose, completely wet and squealing with joy. For me, there is no better garden that one full with fruit and kids laughter!

Check out the pretty baby I grew:
